Both canned soups work brilliantly in this dish so don’t be afraid to mix it up. Half of us prefer the cream of mushroom while the other side is all about cream of chicken. Once brown, drain the excess liquid and add the (drained) peas and carrots. Add the onions and garlic and continue to cook over medium heat. That is all you need to get this belly filling meal on the table. Prepare a pan with non-stick spray cook brown the ground beef over medium heat until almost brown.
